“The Kamikaze Queens are one of the best live shows around! Incredible music, punk energy, Cabaret Theater, dance, spreading their sexiness and sauciness around Europe and the United States for the past 7 years,” said vocalist Kathryn “Mad Kate”Fischer when describing her band from Berlin, Germany.  They are a group that has wowed the SXSW in Austin, Texas to spreading their mad cap show throughout Europe since 2006. 
 
The Queens include dual American female singers with Mad Kate and Trinity Sarratt who take turns at singing and playing percussion along with guitarist Tex Morton, Acrobatic Upright bassist “Luscious Lloyd”Clark, and Nico “Lipps”Lippolis of Bella, Italy on drums.  They deliver a musical style that ranges from early punk and garage to high test rockabilly with heavy dose of reverb and a burlesque cabaret backdrop. 
 
The Kamikaze Queens have put together quite a career to date and look forward to making their next record.  “We've had such a great time touring all over the place, especially Italy, where we've made 9 successful tours. We've also played sxsw in Austin Texas and we've shared festivals and stages with so many incredible musicians over the years!”

The Kamikaze Queens are about making great music and putting on an entertaining show.  You get more than a show with their intense cabaret performance. “We try to entertain, have fun and sound good!!  For me personally it’s the audience.  I want to pull them in, and if i can do that, and I have them, then they feed me more.”
