Guitarist Chris Shiftlett of Foo Fighters says new album on the way in 2014

Last year Foo Fighters front man Dave Grohel said the band was taking an indefinite hiatis with no return date set.  Chris Shiftlett who has been performing with his own side project, the Dead Poets said that the Fighters will be back to record a new album early in 2014.  The band is already rehearsing and working on the new album.
